Order Process

If you are ordering from TRADA SIGNS for the first time, our process for custom sign projects is quick and straight forward, as outlined below.

1. Quote

Send the specifications of your project (artwork, sign schedule/list, material callouts, PMS colors, etc.) to sales@tradasigns.com, or fill out our quote request form, and we will follow up with any questions and/or a quote, typically the same day.

2. Proof

Upon quote approval and payment (via a secure link), we will send you a Proof (construction drawings) of your sign project to review for approval.

3. Production

Upon approval of the Proof, we will release the signs to production and provide you with an estimated ship date.

4. Ship

We ship FedEx Ground (or expedited delivery if requested) and will send you tracking information the day your shipping label is created.
