Limited Warranty

TRADA SIGNS limited one-year warranty covers any manufacturer defect due to workmanship for one year from the order date. We will repair or replace the product, provided it has been installed indoors (recommend clear coat for exterior applications), and is not tampered or damaged by others. Purchaser is responsible for removal and reinstallation costs.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper or careless handling, abrasion or impact, improper installation or if repairs or alterations have been attempted by others. No other guarantees, written or verbal, are authorized by TRADA SIGNS.

All warranty evaluations, determinations of cause, and decisions regarding repair or replacement are made solely at the discretion of TRADA SIGNS. TRADA SIGNS reserves the exclusive right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage.

Warranty shipping costs are provided as standard FedEx ground or UPS ground, and if expedited shipping is requested the shipping cost is wholly the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns

All products are made-to-order (sign layout approval required prior to production) and are not returnable for refund.
